Dear Sir/Madam,

I would ask that you do not change the recycling system in Caerphilly Country Borough Council (CCBC) area away from the system that is in place now. The simplicity of the current system is I believe the reason why the residents of CCBC are so engaged with the process. Any attempt to make residents break their waste down any further from the recycled rubbish, food waste, garden waste and mixed waste they currently have to manage and increasing the number of waste containers will result in decreasing rates of recycling. Do not be led down the path of thinking that the residents of CCBC are that engaged with the process that they are prepared to spend more effort or time than they currently do each week.
